What happens after you write

The first reply arrives within one business day and comes from someone who knows the subject, not a triage desk. We usually set up a thirty-minute call to understand your operation, the problem and the timeline.

That call leads to a free technical assessment: what can be done, in what order and what the risks are. Only after that comes the quote, with the scope in writing, a timeline for each stage, and what is and isn't included. We don't pull numbers from a market average.

What helps speed things up

  • The problem, not the solution: describing what's hurting the operation usually gets you further than asking for a specific technology.
  • Systems involved: ERP, CRM, payment gateway, spreadsheets: what already exists and needs to connect.
