What we do

MFactor started with a frustration anyone who has ever hired a tech vendor knows well: the vendor delivers the system, disappears, and the company is left with code nobody understands. That's why we built the operation around our own team, without outsourcing development. The people who build it are the people who support it afterward.

Our work runs from the technical assessment to the system running in production. That includes designing the architecture, writing the code, setting up the infrastructure, monitoring what's live and improving the product as the client's business changes. We work with everyone from startups validating their first MVP to corporations with legacy systems and lots of integrations.

  • Assessment before the quote: we get to know your operation before we put a number on anything. The assessment is free and you get the scope in writing.
  • Iterative delivery: you see the product working long before the project ends, in a staging environment that's live from the first few weeks.
  • The code belongs to the client: on custom projects, the repository and the documentation are handed over to you. You're never locked in to a vendor.
  • Support from the people who built it: post-launch support comes from the same team, not from an outsourced help desk that has to learn the project from scratch.
